Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales operations and achieve targets across assigned districts.
• Develop and maintain dealer networks to expand market reach.
• Conduct field activities, including product demonstrations and farmer interactions.
• Leverage local market knowledge to drive growth in seeds, insecticides, and micronutrients.
• Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to senior management.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• B.Sc. Agriculture
• Diploma in Agriculture

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in agri‑input sales.
• Proven track record in the same geographical area of Maharashtra.
• Specialised experience in Seeds, Insecticides, or Micronutrient sales is mandatory.
